Click & Collect: Car Sales
Click & Collect
We're open for business!
Under the new tier system we will be operating a simple to use click and collect selling service.Step 1 - Reserve the car you like
Browse through our website with up to 100 quality used cars in stock at any time. Once you've found the car you want just hit the enquiry button or email us at email@example.com and we'll be in touch to confirm your reservation.Step 2 - Learn more about your choice
You may find the clear photos about your chosen car enough but if you require any further images, a video walkaround the car or have any questions we will be on hand to send this to you via email or by phone.Step 3 - Order
Once you're happy with your chosen car and all of the information provided it's time to buy it! If you are considering buying the car via a hire purchase finance agreement this can all be done from the comfort of your own home through our website. If you're looking to purchase the car outright we'll send you our payment details and the balance can be paid in full online.
If you have a part exchange you're looking to trade in we can also look into this at this time.Step 4 - Collect your new car
Once your new car is ready we will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to collect the car from our Peacehaven premises. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee* for all click and collect purchases to give you a good opportunity to ensure the car is suited to your needs.
Please note - During our click and collect operation period you will be unable to visit our premises to view any vehicle in person in advance of making a purchase. Our premises will remain closed and staff will only attend vehicle collection appointments.
*Please note the 14 day money back guarantee is limited to 14 days from purchase and up to 50 miles covered. If you choose to return your vehicle within the 14 day period but have covered in excess of 50 miles a charge of £1 per mile covered will be deducted from the purchase price.
We do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
