As a family run business we appreciate that the purchase of a new car can be a big decision. Over the years we have worked hard to build a good reputation and maintain this by ensuring our cars are all well prepared to a high standard. We are happy to back this up with a mechanical cover plan to give you added peace of mind when choosing a new car from ourselves.

All cars priced from £3000 and above and up to 10 years old come with a 3 month/3000 mile "Standard Plan".

We also offer customers the option to upgrade their level of cover to our "Plus Plan" for a one-off cost of just £99 which covers a greater level of components, higher claim limit and with no excess to pay on any claim.

Cars under £3000 and/or over 10 years old come with a reduced level of cover.

Claims Procedure

Our claims procedure is simple and straightforward.

  • Please firstly telephone or email us so we can log that there is an issue with your car
  • We will then make arrangements for you to take the vehicle into one of our approved local independent garages for inspection
  • Once diagnosis of the issue has been confirmed eligibility of the claim will then be decided in accordance with the terms of the cover plan provided at the point of sale
  • If the fault is covered under the cover plan we will approve the works without delay and the issue will be remedied as soon as is possible
  • Please note breakdown recovery and courtesy vehicles are not supplied.
